What is a bridge loan?

A Bridge Loan is a mortgage where the cash proceeds are used to purchase a new home or pay an entry fee to a Senior Living Community. It allows you to access the equity in your current home to help avoid the need to liquidate investments or sell your current home before being able to move into your new one.
